Amber Mangham is the State of Oklahoma’s first Cyber Security Watch. She has worked 12 years with State Government, with 10 of those years in Public Health Emergency Management. Prior to State Government, Mangham served 8 years in the U.S. Army as a Military Police Officer and in the Civil Military Operations Center (CMOC).

Mangham is well diverse in emergency response and is applying her knowledge, skills, and abilities in her Watch Officer role to better prepare for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate against cyber-crimes in the State. Looking forward to growing from the ground up, She is charging forward with the development of the Oklahoma Civilian Cyber Corp (OKC3) with Local, State, and Federal partners. Mangham is steadily working towards completing her master’s degree in Homeland Security & Emergency Management. In her spare time, She enjoys spending it with her family, watching sports and playing Soccer, working with her Belgian Malinois (G.I. Jane), or just enjoying nature.
