Fraud Threat Analyst
Celena Fisher is employed by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services Information Services division as a fraud threat analyst. New to OMES and the world of fraud, Fisher started working for OMES in April of 2021.
Fisher brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise stemming from her background in law enforcement. She was previously employed by the Oklahoma Information Fusion Center, which is housed within the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, as a senior criminal intelligence analyst specializing in cyber. While employed by the OIFC, Fisher joined various organizations and held titles such as deputy coordinator for the southwest region of the National Fusion Center Association’s Cyber Intelligence Network. Additionally, she was briefly involved in the initial investigations of unemployment insurance fraud in 2020, which sparked her interest in the subject.
With a double major in Forensic Science – General and Criminal Justice – Police, Fisher has a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, both nationally and internationally, with her family.
