Frank started his career with Deloitte, moving quickly into private industry as a CFO & CIO. From there, Frank recognized his love of Technology and how creatively it could be used to drive process improvement, enhance customer relationships, and fundamentally grow businesses. This led to putting on the CEO hat and a journey of starting, growing, & selling global enterprise IT businesses, all focused on helping clients get customers, keep customers, and empower their people for greatness.

Today, Frank sits on company boards, is a co-founder in Fintech businesses, and helps guide Acuerdo, the digital orchestration agency, quickly becoming the definitive standard for finding, buying, and implementing CX technology.
