I have over 12 years working as a Help Desk technician, troubleshooting software and hardware issues with users over the phone and via remote programs. I also have a year of experience as a Desktop Support Technician. I am currently taking courses in Cybersecurity in order to transition to that career field.
In my off time, I enjoy playing video games and running a Board Game club.
